At Glow Salon, Med Spa & Boutique, we stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not completely satisfied with the results of your service, please let us know so we can make it right. While we do not offer refunds for completed services, retail products may be returned for a full refund within two weeks of purchase.

A credit card is required to reserve all appointments booked online or by phone.

We understand that plans can change. Whenever possible, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This gives us the opportunity to offer that time to another guest and helps protect the schedules of our service providers.

All appointments must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance. If we have not received confirmation within that window, the appointment may be canceled. Our team will then reach out using your preferred method of communication to help you reschedule.

To be considerate of both our guests and our team, the following cancellation fees apply:

Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be charged 50% of the services and time reserved.

Guests who do not arrive for their appointment and do not contact us in advance will be charged 100% of the services and time reserved.
